Title: International Project Conference “Inclusive Education for Children with Disabilities in Ukraine: theory, practice and policy” (Kyiv, Ukraine)

Purpose of the conference:

a) bring the project participants for sharing lessons, discussing the project progress, identifying challenges and opportunities, planning more coordinated activities and building on synergy and joint results of all components and interregional collaboration;

b) provide forum for open dialogue regarding inclusion, inclusive education and disability issues in Ukraine – knowledge, practice and policy levels; c) share information and knowledge with other stakeholders; d) strengthen partnership between community and government sectors; e) increase understanding of disability issues among broader community (all sectors) and gain greater support for inclusion of children with disabilities and their families in a regular education system.
